The generator only needed a simple part and that is being sent and should arrive tomorrow(Sat) or monday, so then we can be off again. Without going into detail, there appear to be no other electrical problems. We will top up the fuel tanks, and as its such a long trip, we will change the oil on the main and genset and maybe buy some cauliflowers and then we can set off again, sooner than we dared hope...
We noticed the main engine had an oil leak at the turbocharger, but it turned out not to be serious. Lugger Bob (guru) says it's because the revs are too low and we should run it at 1500 rpm, but that would use too much fuel so we will just max it for 5 or so minutes or so each day.
